Comprehensive
Plan
With assistance from the Region XII
council of Governments, Greene County has developed the
2008 Greene County Comprehensive Plan. Planning
assesses the current conditions in an area and
identifies strengths to build upon and weaknesses to
improve. It also sets out an implementation program that
specifies when actions are to be taken. Click here

Floodplain
Districts
The Zoning Department has
floodplain maps for the county. These maps are
used to rate property in flood prone areas. This
information is used to assist in properly zoning the
area. These maps are available for reference only
